Core is a Homeschool Hybrid Program

Core is not a traditional co-op or full-time private school.

It is a hybrid learning program designed to give high school students in the Lexington, Kentucky area the best of both worlds: the flexibility of homeschooling and the structure and support of a classroom environment.

This program offers a unique educational model that allows students to remain enrolled as homeschoolers while participating in rigorous, college-prep courses taught by qualified instructors.

Classes meet just two days a week, providing a focused, in-person learning experience. The remaining days are spent learning at home under parental guidance, fostering independence, time management skills, and personal responsibility.
Core is set apart by its emphasis on building not only academic excellence, but also character, critical thinking, and a love of lifelong learning.
