Assessment form for English 1, English 2, and English 3/4
Assessment form for Pre-Algebra
Assessment form for Algebra 1
Assessment form for Geometry and Algebra 2
Assessment form for Chemistry and Physics

Students new to Core English and math classes are required to complete assessments.  Physics and Chemistry require an assessment for students who have not successfully completed Geometry at Core.  The goal of the assessment process is to assist students and parents in determining the best course placement for the student.

Assessments are designed to evaluate student skills particular to the course.  The assessment forms listed above contain detailed information about the skills that will be on each assessment.

Bring completed forms to the assessment with you, along with paper, eraser, and pencils. Calculators are permitted on some math assessments.  See the assessment form for specifics.

When you arrive at Broadway Baptist, follow signs around the building to the back where the carport is. There will be a brief meeting with students and parents outside the building under the carport. After that, parents may wait in cars or run errands and return. Students will exit the building when they are finished.

Plan to spend 45 to 60 minutes on each assessment.

Parents will be contacted by e-mail with assessment results.

Students who assess are not guaranteed placement. Placement is contingent upon both adequate assessment results and available space.
